Rachel Villain
Principal Advisor
Rachel Villain is Principal Advisor at Euroconsult’s headquarters in Paris. Rachel has advised a wide range of public and private sector stakeholders. She supervises consulting missions in relation with the space industry and satellite markets and contributes to the development of methodology and resources to address new topics of interest for the global space sector (new technologies, small satellites, new space players …).
Rachel has contributed to over 200 consulting missions supporting government agencies and industry stakeholders in their decision-making related to space policy and strategy for R&D investment, new product development and merger and acquisitions.
She also participated in designing one of Euroconsult’s flagship research reports, Satellites to be Built & Launched in the Next Ten Years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Reims and a Master’s Degree in Science and Technology Policy from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM), Paris
