Euroconsult, an international consultancy specialized in the space, satellite applications and aeronautical communications sectors, is recruiting a Sales & Administration Assistant for its Marketing & Events team.
About The Position
As part of a position supporting the events department, you will participate in numerous tasks related to the administrative management of sales linked to the development of events. You will carry out customer follow-up (recording customer/sponsor orders, unpaid reminders, management and processing of disputes). In direct contact with international clients in English, you will also be a real interface with the various internal departments (accounting, marketing & events, management).
Your main tasks will be to :
- Create and update customer and prospect files in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Assist the marketing department in the drafting, follow-up and sending of contracts and commercial proposals, quotes and invoices.
- Creation of reports and dashboards for sales and forecasts
- Centralization and coordination of sales related information, internal interface for all billing and sales administration elements of the events team
- Management of the customer portfolio from order to invoice
- Management of after-sales service and handling of various disputes
- Management of incoming requests and coordination with the relevant departments
- Participation in the logistical activities of our events, ADV contact point on site
Qualifications & Experience Required
- You have a higher education degree (Bac +2/BTS) specialising in sales administration or management, and have initial experience in a sales department. You have a good command of the Office package, particularly Excel (research, TCD).
- Experience in event organisation would be a plus.
- You are dynamic, rigorous and able to make proposals.
The work is mainly carried out in English and French, a fluent level in both languages is essential. - Knowledge of SalesForce software is required and Sage Gestion commerciale would be a plus.
