Joining Euroconsult means integrating an innovative and fast-growing international consulting group specialized in the space sector. Euroconsult is currently seeking an Events’ project manager to contribute to its growth in the space industry.
About The Position
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are seeking a communications’ manager reporting to our Events’ Director and working closely with our graphic designer, to support our marketing and events activities and strategy in the space sector. Responsibilities include:
- Check and validate all external communications elements
- Define communications plan for all business lines (corporate + events)
- Manage relationship with suppliers and in particular with communications agency in charge of writing social media posts and press releases
- Write promotional emails and update websites content
- Follow up with sponsors’ materials to be used during events (logos, videos…)
- List all materials to be created for events and validate them once delivered
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in communications
- Strong organizational skills and knowledge of digital tools (MS Office, Aventri, Swapcard, Adobe Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp)
- Languages: fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written). Knowledge of French and additional languages is a plus
- Personal skills: ability to work in an international environment; autonomy, adaptive & able to deal with priorities; a team player with flexibility; ability to work under pressure; committed & high-quality results
