Start off by visiting the Euroconsult Shop at www.euroconsult-ec.com/shop

 
1. Create an account

  • Prior to purchasing, every company must create an account that will be verified. 
  • Select Login and follow the instructions to Create an Account.
  • When you click Register you will receive an email asking you to verify your account. Once your account has been verified, it is up to Euroconsult's discretion to then enable your account.
  • You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved; you are then free to purchase research from the Euroconsult Shop.   
 
2. Access your account

  • When you login to your account using your email address and password, you are automatically taken to your My Account page. From here you may view your order history, update your address information (if applicable please be sure to add your VAT number), download invoices, update your personal information, etc. 
  • While logged in , simply click on your name (just below your shopping cart at the top of the page) in order to return to your My Account page.
 
3. Select products and customize your order

  • Choose whether or not you require the report in PDF format, a hardcopy of the report (if offered for that specific report), an additional eFiles license and/or an Enterprise license.
  • The price will automatically configure according to your selections.
  • Select Add to Cart.
  • Repeat this process to order multiple research products.
 
4. Checkout

  • To checkout, select the shopping cart icon on the upper right side of the screen.
  • This is the last chance to view and modify your order.
  • If applicable, enter your promotions/discount code in the box marked Vouchers.
  • Click OK.
  • Click Next to proceed with checkout.
 
5. Login

  • If you haven't already logged in, enter your email address and password now to login.
  • Click Authentication.
 
6. Address

  • The address/addresses associated with your account will appear.
  • Update delivery and/or billing address if necessary.
  • You may add a new address at this stage if required.
  • Add delivery comments if necessary in the empty box below.
  • Click Next to proceed with checkout.
 
7. Shipping and terms of service

  • Please note that express delivery is free of charge for all hardcopy orders; all non-hardcopy report files will be sent via email, or a link for download will be provided.
  • You must agree to the Terms of Service to continue with your purchase. Please click on Read the Terms of Service to view the text for both Single User Licenses and Enterprise Licenses. Please note that by ticking the check box you have agreed to the Terms of Service.
  • Click Next to proceed with checkout.
 
8. Payment method

  • At this point you will see the total cost of your order, followed by multiple payment methods.
  • Select method of payment: Credit card, bank transfer or check.
  • For credit card transactions, you will be taken immediately to Credit Agricole's secure e-transactions platform where you will enter your card details. At the end of the transaction you will be directed back to the Euroconsult Shop. At this point Euroconsult will be notified of the completed transaction; you will then receive either the files directly via email, or a link where you may download the files. If you have ordered hardcopies of our research, the usual delivery time is 2-3 business days. 
  • For bank transfer and check, you will be asked to confirm your order, after which you will receive an email detailing the steps required to finalize your purchase. To follow the progress of your order, please check back in My account: Order history for further details.
