Steve joined Euroconsult in 2001.  He is Director of Institutional Affairs and, since June 2008, has added the title of Managing Director, Euroconsult North America since the opening of that office in Montreal.

He has been in charge and/or contributed to a number consulting works for public institutions, military agencies, space agencies, industry companies and satellite operators in the space and satellite communication markets.

In addition, Steve participates to Euroconsult’s multiclient market surveys. In particular, Steve manages the report World Prospects for Government Space Markets, a world reference survey on government civil and military space programs.
Steve holds a Masters of Law from the Institute of Air & Space Law, McGill University (Montreal), and a Masters of International Law (La Sorbonne, Paris).
