Graham joined Euroconsult in 2010 as an analyst in the space division and contributes to research reports and client missions, particularly those focused on the Canadian and American public sector. He specializes in policy analysis for institutional bodies, as well as military aspects of government satellite programs.
Previously, Graham worked at the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) in the Department of Policy and External Relations in Montreal, Canada, and also as a political aide for a Quebec MNA for six years. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and Public Policy (MPPPA) from Concordia University and a BA from McGill University.
